Abrazen 55 E 10-65 High efficiency electrodes.
They are used for hardfacing machine parts exposed to exessive abrasion. The structure of weld metal consists of Cr carbides (hardness 1720 HV 0,03) at chrome riche matrix.
BASE MATERIALS: Carbon steel, non-alloyed, alloyed steel, hard Mn - steel.
NOTE: For succesive surfacing, no more than two layers have to be applied.
For multilayer surfacing, use interlayers with EL E 21.9.2.Mn electrode.
Possible transversal cracks do not affect the quality of exploatation.
Surfaced layers could be processed only by grinding.
Erozen 55 E 10-60 Used for hardfacing the parts exposed to eccesive erosion and high temperature condition. Weld metal is resistant to oxidation and corrosion. The basic constituents of the weld metal are Cr and Nb carbides, which provide fine-grained structure, so resistance to small particle erosion.
BASE MATERIALS: Steel and cast steel.
Multizen 55 E 10-65 zt High efficiency electrodes. They are used for hardfacing the parts exposed to exessive abrasion and high temperature condition. Used for surfacing and repairing the machine parts exposed to eccesive abrasion and erosion. The structure of weld metal consists of Cr, Nb, Mo and V carbides. The surfaced layer stays extremely hard even at temperature higher than 600oC.
